How do I provide my prescription for my order?
You can upload a photo or PDF of your valid prescription during checkout, or provide your eye doctor's contact information so our team can verify it for you.
What is your return policy for prescription glasses?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or lenses, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. This includes the time required for our lab to custom-craft your lenses to your specific prescription.
Do you accept vision insurance for online purchases?
While we do not process direct insurance claims online, we provide a detailed itemized receipt that you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face?
Each product page includes detailed frame measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). We also offer a Virtual Try-On tool for most of our fashion collections.
What lens coatings are included with my frames?
All Shopko Optical lenses come standard with scratch-resistant coating and UV protection. Premium anti-reflective and blue-light filtering options are available at checkout.
