At Shopko Optical, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Eyewear

  Securely place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your refund status.
